Fire up your creative energy with our Beltane Belly Dance Celebration. We'll unlock our tailbones with shimmies and shaking, learn circle dance and snake arms, and maybe even dance the Maypole. Let the warmth of the season cycle life back into your body, and celebrate community with color and breath and song. We are so excited to dance with you!
registrants: Please bring water, shoes/socks you can dance in, and wear clothing you are comfortable moving in. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to sit/lay on (you'll be more comfortable). Also, bring any items (jewelry, crystals, etc), you'd like charged by the energy of our group dancing (it's a lot of joyful energy!). We'll have hip scarves for you to wear if you like.
Class duration - 90 minutes - a paced combo of dance, stretching, self-myofascial release and cool down
