PAYMENT
We accept PayPal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit cards for payment. No personal checks, money orders, or CODs.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
If you purchased the item from a retail store please return it to the store with receipt.

Returns can be made within 30 days of purchase.

A flat rate of $7.50 will be charged for return shipping and we can send the shipping slip via email. No restocking fee. No returns on final sale or clearance items.

If you have a question or concern about a product, please ask us before placing your order. 
Please let us know ASAP if you need any changes to your order after payment is made and we'll do our best to work with you. Orders will need to be cancelled or changed within 24 hours after order is placed. If order has already shipped, then changes can not be made. 

We cannot accept or refund orders that are over 30 days past the delivered date.
 
If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your items and we will come to a resolution. Because we are a small business and our items are handmade, we typically do not accept returns.

DAMAGED ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package and provide a photo of the damages incurred during shipment so we can replace or exchange your items. Replacements or exchanges will be completed within 7 days of notification and reshipment will be paid for by the shop. 

We do not offer our products for consignment at this time.
