Favorite Season
My favorite season is Autumn. I romanticize this time of year. Everything about it lights me up. There's this feeling in the air that is unexplainable. It's hauntingly beautiful. Magical. I was proposed to under a Full Blue Moon on Samhain, in the very place my partner first told me he had feelings for me and where he said, "I love you" for the first time. Then, the following year, we got married in October under a New Moon in Libra in Vermont.

F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote in 'The Great Gatsby', "Life starts all over again when it gets crisp in the Fall". It seems as if, while everything around me in nature is getting ready to take it's final bow, I am reborn.

Something special I love to do this time of year is to take walks alone; where the only noise I hear is my boots against the fallen crimson and golden leaves. I also could sit on my front porch all day with a fire burning next to me, incense burning, hot coffee in my hand while watching the leaves fall like raindrops.

Celebrity Crush
My celebrity crush growing up was Heath Ledger. I fell in love with him while watching '10 Things I Hate About You' and 'A Knight's Tale'. The funny thing is, My partner, Nick, gets told that he looks like him! Current celebrity crush is Sam Heughan, who plays Jaimie Fraser in 'Outlander'!

Favorite Mystical Blossoms Product

So I was actually never a big tea drinker growing up. Coffee was always my #1. But one day while working at the cottage (way before the apothecary opened its doors) and jamming to Fleetwood Mac I noticed that there was a little leftover epiphany tea in the tea kettle from the day before so I decided to reheat it and give it a try…

I fell instantly in love! I made another full pot with fresh loose herbs that very moment and drank about 4 cups while working that day. There is something about drinking this magickal tea medicinally and mindfully that provides me a deep sense of clarity, intuition, remembrance and presence. I’ve always had a deep connection with the herb, Rosemary. She is a plant of remembrance. If you want to remember the roots of who your truly are and come home to your True Self, connect with the spirit of Rosemary by drinking this tea, wearing a crown of her, and meditating. If you’re ready to truly face yourself and notice your blind spots, she will show you what you need to see. She will fumigate all the bullshit right out of you. You have to be ready to actually make the changes and to do the work. That is why I drink this tea. I am ready. I am open. And it tastes delicious.

A little yummy tip from me, drink out of a clear mug, add our Lavender Honey and Butterfly Pea Flower Powder by Anima Mundi (or another brand of choice), watch the water change to blue then squeeze some lemon into it, stir with intention while gazing at the transitional dance from blue to purple! This was the first tea that opened my eyes that tea was actually good! Then I tried them all that we make and love them all.

Favorite Form of Self-Care
My favorite form of self-care are baths by candlelight and time in nature. My most essential form of self-care is practicing meditation daily.

My favorite season is Fall because of the beautiful leaves and weather. I love to go to a farm and go pumpkin picking and get apple cider donuts.

My most inspirational people are my Aunt and my Mom because they chose to take a huge risk and follow their dreams and create something truly beautiful for so many people to enjoy!
