An old folk recipe used to keep the immune process functioning optimally or to aid in flushing cold symptoms out. With bold ingredients like horseradish, ginger, garlic, jalapeno pepper, honey and apple cider vinegar, you're sure to feel a punch. Take by the spoonful or drizzle in your salad, rice, pasta, tomato juice or anything that benefits with a spicy addition of flavor. Our suggestion is to take a tablespoon in the morning to get your body warmed up. Take a couple of tablespoons if you feel a cold coming on. This is called Winter Tonic because it contains warming herbs that heat the body during the cold months.
use: take 1 tablespoon one or two times per day.
*Mix with water if you are concerned with the acid on your teeth's enamel. Otherwise, you can take it straight to feel the heat, then follow up with a swish of water in your mouth.
