Jody and Michaline will lead you through a meditation centered around Cosmos, connecting us with its unique energy and wisdom. You will also receive a special flower essence made by us, with Cosmos from the farm, and tea.
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, and chimes, along with a rich array of other instruments, as they guide your mind and body into a state of calm, balance, and inner alignment. Sound healing can help release tension, reduce stress, and support emotional clarity, leaving you feeling refreshed and centered.
Bring your yoga mat, pillows, blankets, or whatever makes you feel comfortable, and allow yourself to fully surrender to the experience. Whether you’re new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session offers a beautiful opportunity to reconnect with yourself and the natural energies around you.
