We make our blend in a small batch with other delicious, immune supporting herbs and, of course, local honey. One of the herbs in our formula is nettles which is high in minerals – calcium, iron, magnesium, phosphorus, potassium and sodium. It also contains vitamins A, C and K, as well as several B vitamins. Rosehips add a dose of vitamin C and ginger is antibacterial.
With apple cider vinegar as the base, we suggest mixing this in sparkling water or juice for children.
Enjoy it daily in your tea, sparkling water, drizzled on food (as a salad dressing), soup, rice or taken straight by the teaspoonful. Some of our other favorite ways to enjoy it are in frozen yogurt pops or in smoothies.
